Gather is an online marketplace that connects wellness providers with event planners and individuals looking to book health, fitness and wellness experiences. We make it easy to discover, compare, and book trusted wellness services.
How does Gather work?
Gather allows planners to browse wellness providers, view offerings, and book services directly through the platform. Wellness providers can create profiles, list services, and connect with clients looking for experiences like yoga, meditation, or wellness workshops.
What types of wellness services can I book on Gather?
You can book a wide range of services including yoga sessions, meditation classes, breathwork, sound healing, corporate wellness workshops, and other holistic wellness experiences.
Where is Gather available?
Each provider specifies their location as well as willingness to travel. Travel fees may apply. Additionally, providers may offer on-site (comes to you), in studio, or virtual services.
How does Gather protect event planners and attendees?
In addition to onboarding requirements, we promote safety and accountability through:
- Transparent provider profiles and service descriptions
- Secure messaging and booking through Stripe
- User reviews and ratings (where available)
- Policies that allow us to investigate concerns and remove providers who violate platform rules
Does Gather verify certifications or licenses?
While we may request information about certifications, licenses, or professional training, Gather does not independently confirm or guarantee the validity of every credential listed by providers. Providers remain solely responsible for ensuring their qualifications are accurate and up to date.
Event planners should review provider qualifications and ask follow‑up questions to ensure fit for their specific event needs.
For Event Planners
What kind of events can I use Gather for?
Gather serves all occasions whether large group or solo! Our marketplace commonly connect planners looking for a provider for a bachelor / bachelorette, birthday party, girls night out, or corporate event.
Depending on the services offered by the provider, you can use Gather to book any event. Upon submitting a request to a service provider, you'll be required to provide details of the requested event including number of attendees, location and purpose. A provider may choose to accept or decline your request.
How do I book a service?
To book a provider, browse and select a listing. Each listing includes details on services offered, location, and any other relevant information.
Once you've chosen a listing, simply request a quote. You'll need to provide event date and time, number of people, location, and any other relevant details. The provider will respond to your request and provide a quote. You can choose to accept, reject or counter.
At any time you can chat with the provider if you need to make any changes to your request.
How much does it cost to use Gather?
Browsing and searching for wellness services on Gather is free. Pricing is set by individual wellness providers based on the services offered, event details, and any customization required. You’ll always receive a quote from the provider before committing to a booking.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by individual service providers and may vary depending on the service and event type. Each provider’s policy is shared during the quoting or booking process. We recommend reviewing these terms carefully before confirming your booking.
Service Providers
I want to list my services, how do I sign up?
We're thrilled you're interested in Gather! To sign up, simply click "Sign Up" and select User Type > Service Provider. Follow instructions as prompted. Once you verify your email and complete your profile, you'll need to wait for approval prior to posting listings. You'll also receive a provider success guide upon sign up that outlines detailed steps and best practices.
Is there a way to move contracts off Gather without violating the Terms of Service?
No, Planners and Providers are required to comply with our Terms of Service and Community Standards. If we receive reports of unsafe, misleading, unprofessional or off-platform behavior, we may investigate and take action, including suspension or removal from the platform.
How does Gather vet providers on the platform?
We take the quality and safety of our marketplace seriously.
Wellness providers who join Gather are required to complete an onboarding and verification process designed to promote professionalism, transparency, and trust. While providers operate independently, we apply baseline standards before allowing them to offer services on the platform.
As part of onboarding, wellness providers may be required to:
- Create a detailed professional profile
- Confirm relevant credentials, certifications, or training (where applicable)
- Provide business and contact information including personal identification
- Agree to our Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Code of Conduct
